£15/mo☀︎⋆.ೃ Hive Mind-fulness 𓆤 ☾ ⋆A mindfulness course like no other.Hi I am Dingles, I have ADHD, EUPD/BPD, Bipolar, OCD, GAD and RSD.In 2016 I had a 9 month stress induced psychosis episode which turned into a spiritual awakening ( I explain in this course). From there I have been training my mind naturally to take control of my thoughts, understand chemical shifts within my body, redirect my condition into positivity and productivity and learning a variety of techniques that work for me personally to be able stay grounded, live completely medication free and lead a very fulfilling life. I will be showing you everything here. This is going to be a very vulnerable documentary of my mental health life, all the highs all the lows and how I manage my symptoms and the techniques I use to connect to my higher self and take full control of my conditions. I will also be showing you mindfulness techniques to follow and implement into your life and also breath work/ following a long exercises we can all do together ( watch a long).Some mental health conditions can be fixed with a mindset but for some like me.. this will be a life long condition. ADHD, Bipolar and BPD are conditions you will have to live with but it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. You can manage your symptoms to live a very healthy happy life and also excel with all the positives that these conditions do bring with it. Being Neurospicy is a gift once we know how to utilise it, and start seeing positives instead of negatives clouding our view of b
