Access to portrait painting videos that show my process of finishing a painting. This involves refining the shadow shapes and light shape, resolving the planes of the individual features (eyes, nose, mouth), and softening edges and working with the big impression.

After I have reviewed the images we will have a 25 minute critique session via Skype or Zoom. During this session we will discuss:Practical solutions to some of the challenges you are facing in the composition.Use of values, edges, and line quality.Facial structure and symmetry.Overall design/conception of the portrait.Unity and light effect.Sessions are typically scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Scheduling will take place on an individual basis.
