After some good ol' surveys, I finally sat down and put together the Dominant support group/community. I wanted to create a space specifically for D-types where we can actually talk honestly about the realities of holding authority, emotional labor, leadership, responsibility, burnout, mistakes, growth, and all the other things that tend to be left unspoken. The current plan is to begin with one group session per month, starting in late May/early June.
