It was never originally about confidence, anxiety, or how easy socialising feels. Over time though, “introvert” started being used more loosely to mean quiet, shy, or easily drained in social settings, which is where things get blurry. It’s been really comforting and grounding to hear the voice of someone who guided me through those sticky teenage years Wearing clothes that feel like “me”. After I became a mother I decidedly I needed to dress more… practical? Over the last year or so I’ve been experimenting with my style and it has felt so invigorating to allow myself to express my personality through my clothing .
