Bend Over Backwards I was really happy when I cam up with this cow jester (I'm thinking I'll call him Heff Whitepour) and while I don't have any really story ideas for him yet he does appear in a pretty good number of Idioms I've done for Vol.1 and Vol.2. Article Apr 8, 2023 Barking Up the Wrong Tree So I honestly just reused one of the trees from my Nursery Rhymes vol.1 book for this image ... but seeing as it is the same tree I thought it was okay. And having the tree next to it in the image does expand the continuity of the world in its own tiny tiny way so I'm cool with that. The big struggle here has been the leaves. I thought the ones in the original image were too busy but now that I see these I think they are two simple. Next time I'll try something in between.
