Cult of the Dictionnaire Infernal

So, this project involves me translating a massive book from French into English. Sometimes that means that there is a later entry that should be earlier in the translated edition, other times it means that, while double checking translations, I find something that I've overlooked. Heck, sometimes I find an entry that I just plain missed. Yeah, some days are just like that. As I work towards finishing the A's, I've gone back and identified six entries that need to be retroactively fitted in. Yes, this is one of the days that is JUST like that.
