It's been a quiet few months on Nocturne; that ends now. Here's a patch for the base mod, live and available to everyone. Player-initiated blood interactions. Until now every blood exchange had to be started by the vampire, you had to recruit or enslave a kindred before you could turn anyone, and a captive vampire just sat in its cell doing nothing. That's reversed.
