Been looking forward to doing this trail every time we come to Colorado but, you know, there’s always something. But on Monday, we woke up at 6am and drove to the trailhead. We started walking at 8:30am and were back to the starting point at 1:30pm. It was a 7 mile trail starting at 9360ft, going all the up to almost 11000ft till the first lake.
