All this can be experienced in a very short time with a regular practice, or you can simply hang out from time to time and enjoy a recording of your choice. I cover many themes as a student of Shamanism - the Four Elements, Sacred Sexuality, Chakra Meditations, Moon Phases, Sound Meditations, Kirtan and the 13 Original Clan Mothers now also have their own Moon Nidras. My yoga is not skinny hypermobile yoga - I'm over 50 and my body is curvy, flexible and strong. I have years of experience as a woman, as a yogini and as a Shamanic Initiate under the tutelage of XamAM Alba Maria. It's an honour to bring these works to you. Additional to the more specific classes I offer, I would say that my day to day favourite yoga is a gentle Hatha Yin blend, with plenty of mobilisation, yoga nidra and humour. Saying that, I also include HIIT style classes, Vinyasa style classes and inspirations that land in unexpected moments for you. I hope you will enjoy the classes and the courses as much as I enjoy giving them to you! AND Once a month we have a Live Get Together which is a NEW TREAT! As a shamanic practitioner of more than 30 years I bring my yoga and shamanic background, nidra learnings to these private zoom reunions where we all have time to be heard and to speak about important topics including the heavy metals of sex, money and power. We use this time to clean our energy fields, share in a confidential environment and often end or begin with a delicious nidra.
