This includes on-screen raindrops, rain drops on cars that are animated, have a Fresnel-based approach that simulates transparency in the center and reflectivity on the edges of the raindrops and wetness darkening just to name a few, as well as realistic night-time sky shaders with a milky-way band that is only visible in the countryside and high-altitude locations. It also has Celestial pole direction (34° N) just like LA so the sky rotates realistically just like how you'd view it from the West Coast.
