Each informal session will include a discussion of a line from the Shang Han Lun, and exploring everything that it can teach us. The SHL is not just an herbal text. It unlocks and expresses deep truths about reality and the nature of thought. From the most basic uses, and indications, to the most profound principles, we will explore it one line at a time in perpetuity. I will spin a yarn or two and always make room for questions and discussion. I also ground all of my work in Shen-Hammer pulse diagnosis. We will meet the second and fourth Sundays for at least an hour, (participation is intended for licensed practitioners and enrolled students in Chinese medicine training) and recordings will be available for members' convenience. A mix of detailed case discussions from my records and most interesting new cases as they arise, as well as sharing discussion of cases that you prepare. This is like grand rounds, and will be incredibly direct and clinically transformative. There is a dedicated channel for case studies in the Discord server, so the conversation will not be limited! Class size is limited, and includes salon and meta-learning tiers. Meeting the First and Third weeks of the month on Thursday evenings.

In addition to all of the learning and opportunities in every tier, we will meet on Zoom, or by phone, for an hour every month, and check in via email in between. I will also share exclusive chapters of my book(s) as soon as they are completed.
