$3/moRecovery BratHiddenthank you for your support! thanks to you I can continue to post daily memes, monday questions, and keep answering DMs. included in this tier is: you will help me in a huge way to continue to spend my time and energy being a content creator and I am so grateful. I will give you the deets to my personal account, where I post little bits from my life, half finished poems, story time, and such things. because of the following my account has now I can't make it quitttte so personal with the nitty gritty of my life, so here you can still get the day to the day life of yours truly, and little insights into my writing efforts.
$7/mowritingHiddenthis tier has my brutal reflections, longer form reflections on sobriety, and some of the wisdom I've gained along the way as a result of making every mistake there was to make. there are stories I want to share that don't make it onto the account, for obvious reasons. at the moment I am exercising my creativity by writing around these strange and horrible memories - and on top of that you can sit down, get a cup of tea, and read all about the misadventures of a fucking mentalist. additionally I am now sharing how I moved on from this lunacy and become a relatively sane and stable person. on top of that, there are many memes that don't make the grid - and you can enjoy those. I just can’t publically post some things, so on this smaller platform I can really say what I like.
$10/moOne Brutal Day At A TimeHiddenwanna listen to storytime in the dulcet tones of a celtic accent? wanna ask me questions and get a sprawling answer? do some guided meditations with me? I'm still gonna do the monday question box, but this will be extra special. videos will be posted frequently as I can and will span between maudlin monologues, deep dives into issues on my mind, and whatever you want. this way I can answer questions in MUCH MORE DETAIL that I can't quite do on the stories. content shared will not be associated with my 12 step programme, I am not the face of any 12 step programme, and 12 step programmes will never ever ever ever cost money (apart from 7th tradition) and if you need help with 12 step fellowship/finding a 12 step fellowship DM me and I will not take your money for it.
$15/moThe Not a Podcast PodcastHiddeni’m really serious when I say this isn’t a podcast, it’s more just a chat with a pal. I would be nothing without my friends - and the chats we have are OUT OF THIS WORLD. debauchery, glory, grim details, STRONG FUCKING RECOVERY. I will chat with one of them once a week and add it to this tier.
$25/moSpiritual Fucking GiantHiddena lot of the time I can't chat to everyone in DMs in detail - I JUST don't have the hours in the day, especially because this is a hobby and not my fulltime job. but if you want some exclusive access to this recovery brat, this is your tier. we can chat, ask questions, ca' the craic as we say in scotland. it can be personal and detailed, and we can hash it out
*plz note I am not a therapist/life coach, I have no qualifications apart from life experience and a couple of electives.
$35/modiscipline, surrender, flowHiddenas some of you know, I am a professional singer, vocal coach and have published research on trauma informed musicianship and pedagogy - primarily around breath, release, discipline and surrender around the voice and musicianship. The processes of learning vocal technique, accessing the breath in a safe way, embodying a comfortable posture, and practising mindfulness are powerful tools to facilitate the return to the body after a traumatic event, or a history of trauma. With the musical life enhancing the connection to the body, community, and something larger than ourselves, we can use music as a powerful tool to connect to ourselves are an emotional fracture. However traumatic experiences create an extra set of challenges for the student - body armouring, hyper-vigilance and dissociation. Survivors of trauma may need a different approach to the foundations of their voice, to find what was lost and give back what was taken from them. Based on my research and ten years of teaching experience, I have developed a course, 'Discipline, Surrender, Flow', designed for people in recovery who want to connect with their body and their voice. It recognises these challenges, and approaches them compassionately. It is a slow, breath orientated course where we go back to basics and build the voice up from a place of safety in our body. We go into the five pillars of the voice (posture, breath, resonance, phonation and expression) and work through them individually to find what is blocked,
