The idea of this kit is to inspire people around the world to start up their own community practice groups, in a way that’s unique to them and uniquely responsive to their local needs and context. We share our own best practices about how to write and guide meditation, suggestions for how to work with different meditation and community-related challenges, plus other practical logistical information and the usual smattering of terrible jokes.By selecting this tier, you’ll get to be part of the extended CEC family, including connecting with us for tips and support in the development of your practice group. This really is happening. The problem with making jokes all the time is no one knows when you're serious. Here is something serious: we have 0% interest in reproducing the CEC, but we have 100% interest in empowering people to come up with their own weird versions of the CEC, something that speaks to their specific local needs and abilities and context.
