How Patreon Signal reads this profile

Patreon is not exposing patron counts by tier for this creator, so this section shows public prices and benefits only.

$1/moN/A Ground Floor Poetry Investors ClubThis tier has been "sunset" for new patrons - thank you for all the die-hard supporters who got in on the $1 ground floor 5 years ago!
$3/moPoetry Subscription & PDF & thanksThis is the basic brick & mortar tier, the basic unit of construction the house is made of, for those who want to be part of this poetry and newsletter building. Includes everything from previous tier plus:A .pdf collection of all poems from the previous year's subscriptionPlus, candied considerations of formThe next good stepNot only “whatness” but “thisness"
$5/moPoetry Subscription PLUS Figs editionGetting a little fancy here. This tier is for those who want to support in a more meaningful way. $5 a month can make a significant contribution to submission fees (usually $3-$30 dollars PER submission), website maintenance, upcoming travel to give readings, etc. Includes everything from previous tier, plus: The Blessed Injury & Poetry Progressions Five total jubilees of appreciation Utilization of “the feeling narrative” in our journey Ripe figs if you are ever passing through upstate NY end of summer/early fall
$12/moMy Book + My Startled Thanks - $12This tier I will mail you a personally signed copy of my new book Infinite Arrivals. Also, here, have this bouquet of handpicked flowers from the Italian Alps, near Gran Paradiso in Italy.
$35/moMy Startled Thanks -- Part III love this image, a man with eggs on his head (?) empty hands reaching up and also getting shot in the face with the lightening bolt of grace. Poets are professional dreamers, after all. And there is nothing we have that we have not received. Everything in previous tiers plus... what would you like? (Additional note: $35 is approximately what it costs to submit a manuscript to a poetry contest/prize/open reading period. By choosing this tier you'd essentially sponsor one manuscript submission per month)

Get yourself a copy, listen to these wonderful songs and find my poem also inside among the album art and liner notes. You can get a sneak peak if you head over to my instagram. Now to kick off this month I will be off the grid for one-week at a folk music camp in NH, which is always so inspiring and rejuvenates my own practice in writing and other disciplines. As the Banjo player Richie Sterns once said to me: "same train, different track." Then I will be preparing this month for the artist residency at Mt. Saviour monastery at the end of June! Here is the link for that residency. There will be more to tell next month after it is over. Wishing you good work and inspiration in your own endeavors as always.ArticleJun 6, 2019Public 0 0Good Things Come in ThreesApril showers bring May flowers but Winter submissions sometimes bring April poems. This past month I was fortunate enough to get a handful of poems published in these beautiful journals: jubilat, periphery, and NNER. Don't they look nice together? Very grateful.ArticleMay 5, 2019Public 0 0
