Kit is in recovery :-) Jan 3, 2023 View post Our daughter Destyn's 11 year old adopted boxer mix had an emergency visit to the vet on Christmas day. He ended up having intestinal surgery to remove a substantial amount of birdseed that had compacted in his long intestine. It was incredibly expensive and traumatic for both Destyn and her pup. But he is recovering. She is on pins and needles as he could still die of sepsis if something goes wrong while he is healing but it's been 5 days and so far, so good! We will follow up in future videos/posts. Just a reminder to be vigilant if you have a pet that likes to find things to eat around your home other than proper pet food.
