Site-specific changes are always necessary, but these plans are incredibly useful. These would usually cost $500-$5000.You'll get these designs up to a year before anybody else. (At that point, they may be finalized and made free for everyone.) I'm doing this because I want to see better architecture. I think guild-based knowledge-hoarding belongs in the Dark Ages. The files you receive (including SketchUp models) may just be first drafts, but they are much more refined (and easier to modify) than most thousand-dollar house plans.You'll get these designs up to a year before anybody else. At that point, most will be free and accessible to everybody.
