A bit of good news and bad news both. Feedback on the story's been pretty good and I've been slowly implementing the edits and additions that people have asked for. The biggest hurdle has been the combat system, which I went back to the drawing board for. Fortunately, I did find a solution to the problem, which results in a system that is both engaging AND challenging, which I'll tell you about more once it's been more thoroughly tested. Which is where the bad news comes in.
