I did away with the free trial option since I don't offer additional member only content so there's really nothing to try for free. And I think that was causing some issues for others who wanted to join as paid subscribers. Also, I don't break down my support into tiers - just one big pool of supporters regardless of amount and any rewards I manually take care of when supporters reach a certain amount. However I'm thinking of changing into tiers to make keeping track of things easier but need to investigate this further.
