July 16 View post Hey guys, I forgot to link my last video or two here....here's one I just posted. It was a major facelift to the place....it's further along than in this video so I've got a little better idea of its direction and I'm very pleased. The siding under the part I paint is getting replaced, as well as new underpinning, front porch is already gone, etc..... On a side note and bonus for you guys, here's a look at the farm house beside the $9k house. Still working my way around replacing the over hangs but had to do some work inside one of the upstairs room. Replacing some rafter tails, sistering on to rafters, and replacing sagging ceiling joists. It's a

New Project Series.May 27 View post Hey Guys, I had two video series to choose from. A mobile home or the farm house..... I went mobile home. I have a bunch of reasons, but being able to finish it the fastest is the biggest reason. So while I'm working on both, this one will get done faster and be better for my posting schedule. Once done and rented it will make it easier to do the farm house and my time won't be split between two projects, making the posting of that project better on YouTube. I'm already well into this project so hoping to do weekly videos all the way through.ArticleMay 27Public 0 2Two renovation and new edit.May 7ArticleMay 7Public 0 1Full Renovation in ONE VIDEO!Here's the full renovation, 22 minute video. It is a very tricky video to edit, working with 4 external hard drives, going through a ton of folders and choosing from 6 years worth of video clips....it's rough and my eyes feel like they are going to pop out of my head. Here's a video on some thoughts from the other channel, Common Cents in the meantime. Thank you all.VideoMarch 17Public 0 1Video on other channel.February 13 View post Hello all, Just letting you know I posted a video on my common sense channel. Once again, I'm going to try to get back on this channel. The topic of this video is inspired by a comment on my last video regarding slumlords. My take is that while "Slumlords" can be bad for some renters, there's plenty of renters that can make the most of a ragedy low price rental. I would love to hear your thoughts, especially on the direction of this channel. It would be great if it could form into something that helps people move towards a more financially independent life and or just be more content with their situation.VideoFebruary 13Public 0 0Latest and final video before reveal.Hello all, this is the final video before I show the house complete. I still need to paint the fence and I'm sure I'll find something else I need to do, but the house is done and I passed the final inspection yesterday. It is a big relief to have this house almost off the To Do List......although, the house in the background haunts me, knowing I'm basically starting over working and spending on a house. Regardless, I am fortunate to be able to do it. Thank you all.VideoJanuary 14Public 0 1On to the next house…January 6ArticleJanuary 6$3 tier & up 2 3
