This is for those of you entrepreneurial types who can already see, understand, and appreciate the value of using my initial paintings from the Strangeling Public Domain Project to start your own empire with my express permission and full support. With the release of my high resolution scans to the public, I reckon it means any random person in the world can set up shop with my paintings to make a profit. Everybody is free to do this now, officially or not. This "Strangeling Entrepreneur" tier is of course voluntary and is at your own discretion, as nobody now is required to pay me anything to use these public images for licensing.
What will make you stand out as a Strangeling Entrepreneur is that rather than pocketing it all, you have chosen to pass along whatever you would like to give me for providing you with the source materials I have created for free. I encourage you to make beautiful things with my paintings, to share them with the world, to set up shop at your local farmer's market and print your own greeting cards, have free reign using Strangeling images with the Etsy store you run in your basement, set up a T-shirt vendor's booth at your local Comic Con and just let them know you're a Strangeling Entrepreneur, we've got your back!

I don't care about having a million dollars, but I care about what it can do.
Maybe you are pledging one million dollars because the very reason you have money to spare is due to your visionary nature, hard work, and enthusiasm for new models of business, art and content. Perhaps you see that what I'm doing with my Strangeling Public Domain Project is actually a pretty punk rock idea, and you see the potential in doing something a little punk rock yourself and leading other gatekeepers with your example.
