Once a month, a 60-90 online lesson will be scheduled through Zoom to evaluate the progress of chosen pieces. In the process, rhythm, dynamics, balance, and musicality will be addressed for the purpose of making your ensemble sound its very best.
$30/moImprove Skills Through Guided PracticeHiddenAn extremely popular option, this level is designed for the player who wants the benefit of personal instruction without committing to regularly scheduled online lessons.
Periodically, you will receive a song to learn (tab and audio practice track), based on your perceived skill level. After you have practiced the song to your satisfaction, you will submit a video of your performance for the purpose of critique. In return, you will receive a detailed email that addresses the trouble spots, the most efficient fingerings, suggestions for improving your skills, and routine practice recommendations. The process will be repeated with the same song until you have established the skills and techniques needed to play the arrangement comfortably. You will then move on to learning the next song.
This is primarily self-guided practice. Your progress will be directly related to the amount of time you are able to spend working on each song you are given.
