How each session works:
Each MAX tier member selects 1 of 3 tiers for what they want to work on and use the sessions for. These start with learning how to team build and worth their way up to perfecting your play for a competitive Bo3 format.
Level 1 is learning how to team build correctly. Getting 1 on 1 advice and being shown how to build a team from scratch using whatever Pokemon you want. This goes over how to correctly EV train your Pokemon for a specific meta and covers everything you need to learn the tools to make creative and well balanced teams for yourself. There are a lot of MAX tier members who use this tier to get teams made

July 21 Here is my take on a reletivly standard Charizard core with a couple small tweaks that I believe help it climb the closed sheet ladder just a bit better. Mega Skarmory is great on this team even if it isnt used all that much. Its great in the mirror match against other Zards and for the most part just forces people to bring the Pokemon we want so we can correctly knock them down.
