$5/moEoE: Nana NetworkWhen I was a small child, I couldn't fully say my name ChrisTiana... so I shortened it to Nana. If you asked Nana what they wanted to be when they grew up, they would have said a professor... No joke! These are the folks who support my childhood dream to be an educator. These Patreons will receive a personalized thank you note and yearly update.
$5/moLending Library (Equity Tier)This tier is for folks who would like to be a patron of the EoE's Lending Library, and are under-resourced but can still afford $5 per month to help with maintaining the library. The fee helps with shipping costs, replacement for destroyed or unreturned books, and cataloguing. If this price is still difficult and you would like to still apply for a patron membership, please contact me at the link below. https://www.christianaobeysumner.com/contact-1
$10/moLending Library (Maintenance Tier)This tier is for folks who would like to be a patron of the EoE's Lending Library, and can afford the average cost per patron for maintaining the lending library. The fee helps with shipping costs, replacement for destroyed or unreturned books, and cataloguing. Once you are signed up as a patron, you will receive an email within one week to set up a patron membership account at the library site, Libib. Check out the library here!: https://christianao.libib.com/
$15/moMinky MavensAs I become an adolescent, I started accumulating knowledge by reading and observing everyday social interactions... Obsessively. My family lovingly called me "input" because I always held an air of inquisitiveness and curiosity. These are the folks who support my adolescent dream to understand "Why are humans?" In addition to receiving all the previous benefits: These Patreon's will receive one 1-hour coaching session on a social equity topic, or anything else within my sphere of understanding. These patrons are also free to request general membership to the Lending Library
$15/moLending Library (Solidarity Tier)This tier is for folks who would like to be a patron of the EoE's Lending Library, can afford the average cost per patron for maintaining the lending library, and an additional $5 per month to help those who are under-resourced. The base fee helps with shipping costs, replacement for destroyed or unreturned books, and cataloguing. Once you are signed up as a patron, you will receive an email within one week to set up a patron membership account at the library site, Libib. Check out the library here!: https://christianao.libib.com/
$25/moChrissie CollaboratorsMy teen years and early adulthood were tumultuous, and I miss them everyday. Picture Daria and Sylvia Plath morphed into a Queer, Black, Indigenous teen with Tripp Pants and Limp Bizkit on heavy rotation in a DiscMan. That was Chrissie. Chrissie was very artistic, and very emotional. When they weren't auditioning for acting roles, or modeling in beauty pageants, thet expressed their inner turmoil through artistic and prose style journaling. I continue this practice to this day. These are the folks who support my teenage dream to be open and vulnerable about how social inequity affects me personally and psychosocially. In addition to receiving all the previous benefits: These Patreon's will be invited to a bi-yearly, two-hour, members only meet-up -- virtually only until the end of the pandemic. This can range from an AMA to a special training session or book club! These patrons are also free to request membership to the Lending Library and the Book Club Discord!
$25/moLending Library (Book Club Tier)This tier is for folks who would like to be a patron of the EoE's Lending Library, can afford the average cost per patron for maintaining the lending library, and an additional $5 per month to help those who are under-resourced AND would like to be added to a discord server and/or be invited to book clubs, specialized reviews, recommendations for upcoming books, and other fun "behind-the-scenes" content. The base fee helps with shipping costs, replacement for destroyed or unreturned books, and cataloguing. Once you are signed up as a patron, you will receive an email within one week to set up a patron membership account at the library site, Libib. Check out the library here!: https://christianao.libib.com/
$35/moChrisTiana CrusadersThe title of the highest tier is tongue-in-cheek, but applicable. Today, I seek to go forth into this social consciousness to preach the gospel truth of justice and liberty for all people! Jokes aside, I have spent my life wondering, questioning, observing, processing "Why are humans?" I am happy to be on this journey of healing, growing, and learning for the rest of my life. After a decade of free workshops, articles, trainings, and consulting, I finally have an opportunity to fulfill the dreams Nana, Minky, and Chrissie had to be in community as an educator, a social psychologist, an artist, and now community organizer. These are the folks who support my current dream to ground and stabilize my business, and hone my craft. In addition to receiving all the previous benefits: These Patreon's will receive 3 (three) hours of coaching or narrative identity development sessions per year. They will also have priority for asking questions during the first half of any live Q&A or AMA sessions. These patrons are also free to request membership to the Lending Library and the Book Club discord!
