$3/moPraise Up!Welcome to our new Liturgical (Praise) Dance tier! We are dancing our way in accordance with the ELCA Liturgical Year (there is a three year rotation we will be following.)All are welcome! This is designed to share no matter what one does or does not believe in. We ask that all who join this tier be respectful of others and understanding of differences. Our other goal is to guide- we want each of you to explore your own beliefs throughout this and we will be providing various exercises to do so.Our goal is to bridge the gap between various beliefs by finding one thing in common- DANCE!This is not designed to convert anyone any which direction. Dance is an art, a gift, a celebration, a form of communication without language barriers, and more!We will be posting each Sunday starting November 27, 2022!

$3/moAbbr. Ballet & Tap + Creative MovementAbbreviated Ballet & Tap + Creative Movement This tier is aimed at youth & adults who would like to take a VERY basic approach to dance. Class length is condensed to help minimize screen time & help maintain focus. We will post one Ballet class & one Tap class per month (Dancers should practice that class once per week, however, for better technique & understanding) Each class (Ballet & Tap) is approximately 30 Minutes in length (Approximately 1 hour total between the two). Creative Movement is 5 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less) to give details that dancers are encouraged to explore and be creative on their own throughout the month. This session will ran January- July 2021 We are not using music (verbal directives & a metronome are used) feel free to explore your own playlists as we count and work on movements. *Side note, we are working on trying to provide the metronome beats- not sure when this will be available* Each month is themed around 7 Movements of Dance & 7 Families of Tap Bend, Stretch, Rise, Glide, Dart, Jump, & Turn- each movement will be an overall monthly theme. Each month of Tap will have a different "Family" (Cramprolls, Time Steps, Breaks, Wings, Pullbacks, Riffs, & Turns) theme that we work with and apply to the overall theme. *We are not adding more classes to this series. We are creating more tiers/ options as we move forward. :)

Series*As of July 25, 2021 This tier has been edited to add more detail* *Note To Those Already In This Tier* You don't need to worry about changing tiers unless you want to join the other one instead. Intro. to Ballet [Jazz] & Tap This series is just the beginning! Whether you've had time off or are new to dance. This series is designed to prepare you for classes we intend to offer come January 2021 (posted below ("7x7")) There is one Ballet class & one Tap class per week Each class is approximately 1 hour in length We have a front view video & floor view for each class (my program won't let me split screen) This tier includes the floor view of the "Ballet Trial Class/ Intro. to Barre" video. *The Ballet class may be practiced using your parallel alignment- if choosing to turn it into Jazz- this option is not always demonstrated but the classes are designed with this in mind.* We are not using music (verbal directives & a metronome are used as we progress) feel free to explore your own playlists as we count and work on movements. 7x7 (Is abbreviated for title purposes) 7 Movements of Dance & 7 Families of Tap Moving on from our Intro. series. . . Bend, Stretch, Rise, Glide, Dart, Jump, & Turn- each movement will be an overall monthly theme. Each week of Tap will have a different "Family" theme that we work with and apply to the overall theme. So, Cramprolls, Time Steps, Breaks, Wings, Pullbacks, Riffs, & Turns will be paired together or individual in some fashion on a weekly basis

We will share with you how we do the latest project(s) we are working on. This tier entails exclusive details not posted elsewhere! There will be some projects and classes, more suitable for our youth/ children; others (due to their complexity) for our adults.
