We're standing the whole time, except for a single plank exercise, so I didn't use a mat. You need one medium handweight. We start with a cardio warm-up. Then, our first kickboxing set. There's a strength/ technique sequence in the middle. Then we complete the other side. The second set of kickboxing follows a similar format. At the end, we have tabata cardio endurance. I highly recommend playing some electronic or hip-hop music in the background! One set of exercises uses a yoga mat or a chair; another uses a chair or bench. Otherwise, all you need is a variety of dumbbells. I loved this workout and hope you do, too!ArticleAugust 3Public 0 350 min Progressive Standing Cardio ConditioningThis workout features a long set of all-standing exercises completed at 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. We complete all the exercises one time, then take a halfway break, and do it all again. It's a progressive workout, meaning the exercises start easy and slowly add intensity. But, the focus is endurance, so none of the exercises are super intense. Enjoy!ImageJuly 30Public 0 251 min Strength & Cardio (No Music)This mostly standing workout begins with three sets of three cardio exercises at 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. The first exercise and the second exercise are put together to form the third exercise. You'll need a chair or the ground for the cardio. We then move to strength exercises, each one for 45 seconds. You'll need a chair and dumbbells for that section. After the halfway break, we repeat all.ArticleJuly 28Public 0 237 min Ladder Workout-- Cardio+ (No Music)July 23ArticleJuly 23$50 tier & up 1 1
