$150/moGroup Coaching [2026]Marathon & Half Marathon TrainingIndividualized Marathon & Half Marathon training plans will be written and given monthly to each athlete starting one week after onboarding.Plans will be given through the Training Peaks app.Group coaching / Access to Coach Eric, Clark, & Cyrus) Through the communication avenues listed below. Coach Clark and Coach Cyrus assist with all communication.Training will include base building, a 12-16 week training block for your peak race, and guidance in recovery, rebuilding to your next training cycle. All skill levels are welcome, as long as you are looking to race a marathon or a half marathon in the next 12 months.If you don't feel like the group is the right fit for you after committing, you may leave at any time.Training plans are structured & inspired from all coaches experience from multiple training disciplines found in work by Pete Pfitzinger, Jack Daniels, Hanson's Marathon Method, UESCA certification, and more. VO2max, Threshold, and Long Run workouts will be specified for each individual runner's experience level.
