We are grateful to be able to provide a safe and loving home for Danes who have been deemed "unadoptable" due to bite history, severe medical issues, old age, etc. Our sanctuary is ran by our Board of Directors and two Kennel Technicians!Meet Carson!Carson is about 5 years old and joined the Sanctuary in December of 2018!Ohhh Carson buddy, where do we start! Carson is one on the property who doesn't have a bite history, like the rest, but man he's got some quirkiness to him. He initially came into rescue, was in a foster home and was doing well! He then had his vet visit where he completely lost his marbles so we started to do some training with him, and had him see a behaviorist, and another trainer. Everyone suggested the danger to the community that Carson could be, because his aggression was something fierce. He took some time getting used to the Sanctuary environment but he's been one to really open up, and become such a great addition to the crew. He's one of the most loving, and goofy dogs. He's always in for cuddles with volunteers who come visit. He's a fun one to watch, he's the happiest boy!By sponsoring Carson you will receive:-Regular updates on Carson and hear what he have been up to-Break out the vetting, food, and other needs that Carson has-Learn about enrichment our sanctuary staff are doing with Carson
