In the Self-Transformation Challenge, I personally lead you through a step-by-step 90-day Transformation that you do every day WITH ME, Just hit play and follow along with me every day as I do the exercises along with you! We'll use video coaching, Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Qigong, Rune Chanting, and Intention to COMPLETELY TRANSFORM your identity and your unconscious programming. These are exercises I personally use on a daily basis to open my heart center and connect with my SOUL so I can be fully conscious of my Soul Desire and Manifest my deepest Prosperity. The self Transformation Challenge includes 3 phases, each consisting of morning, midday, and nighttime practices. Each phase should be done each and every day, consistently for 90 days in a row. after you've reached the end of phase 1, move on to phase 2. once you've reached the 90th day in phase 2, move on to phase 3. The morning practice is focused on empowering the kundalini so that you have the energy to get your day started off right. The midday meditation is focused on reprogramming your unconscious / subconscious mind to align with your higher self and develop a strong connection with your Soul.
