July 8 View post As you know I have been out for a few months with pretty severe back pain. At times it looked like I was going to require surgery to correct the problem. However rigorous PT and the resolve to avoid this at all costs have paid off. Weeks of daily workout and staying out of the studio in order to give myself time to heal have gotten back to the point I was hoping to be at back in April. Last night was my first time in armour where I didn’t hold myself back, I did tire quickly and the back was ‘sore’ afterwards, but it was a good sore not the stabbing pain I have been suffering. I am still not up for working at the anvil… yet, but soon.

Set backs happen…I want to be back in my studio, I have a lot planned, but I have to be patient, stick to the plan, don’t undo what we have accomplished.
