June 26 19 likes 6 commentsPLEASE READ!!!Open the DIC Unlocker setup file and click Open Config Folder . This will open File Explorer, where you’ll find the The Sims 4 .ini configuration file. Delete that file, then return to the DIC Unlocker. Press Q to exit the application, reopen it, and run Install Config again to reinstall the The Sims 4 configuration file. If the game still says the DLC is not owned , your configuration file is likely outdated.
