What looks like simple dialogue is actually part of an 80+ opcode scene script that controls line breaks, timing, portraits, sound effects, text color, and speed. Today just finished to fully decode and parsing all opcodes used in the opening sequence. Every instruction reads the correct parameters, stays byte-accurate, and matches the game’s actual execution flow. It’s a small part of the game, but a big step toward understanding how the dialogue system really works.
