I've wanted to do a song from Karsus' POV since the very start of the Bard College of Citrus, so I'm happy to finally have gotten the chance to strap myself in for this one. I pulled some inspiration from some of the things I included in the Dark Master of War combat theme, but more importantly I knew that if Karsus had the chance to talk about himself, it'd be like a good ol' Disney villain song. Throwing those into the pot together and letting it simmer for a good 1700 years or so, the resulting dish is pretty tasty if I do say so myself~...
