Article Latest postPublicNew Episode Alert: GRODZILLA!

June 18 View post Beware of Grodzilla! We’re talking about a Grodziskie-inspired smoked rice lager made with Weyermann Oak Smoked Wheat and a hefty percentage of Crisp Flaked Torrefied Rice. I'm joined by DonO and Dustin Haug for tasting notes and discussion about brewing with both flaked rice and oak-smoked wheat over the past few years. Shout-out to Imperial Yeast and their L55 Kanpai Japanese lager strain. Definitely give it a try in your homebrewery for a classic rice lager or riff on the style like your own Grodzilla. Big thanks also to RahrBSG for supplying the grains and Loral hops for this brew!
