Hello everyone, back by popular demand is my new and improved version 2 of my custom Axis and Allies: World at War ruleset and map. Still presenting a good balance between massive games like Global War and smaller simplified Axis and Allies types. New additions to this version included minor setup and economy balances, territory changes and additions, continent resizing and most drastically the addition of Italy as a separate minor power!
