$5/moSupporter of Education! My basic teachings, videos, and podcasts are always free on YouTube, Facebook, Apple podcasts, etc etc. But for those deep cuts, the nitty-gritty lessons, and the questions born from practice you can get access right here. Patreon supporters will get extra lessons, links to thought provoking material, homework, and chances to interact with others who are also seeking to learn more about themselves.
$30/moPersonal Monthly StudentStudents will have a scheduled monthly phone lesson with me for an hour! We will discuss your practice, which paths are right for you, and I will help you with problems you may encounter in your practice. Students will also have access to a student only group class once a month via zoom. The group class will focus more on interpersonal skills, nonviolent communication tools, and metta practice. Sometimes its better to have other students to work with and this will give us the chance to be a mirror for each other.
$120/moPrivate Weekly StudentWant a private lesson every week? For students who want to have weekly guidance with your practice, this option is for you. You'll get access to everything at the lower tiers as well as a call 4 times a month, to learn about new practices, help with mental hinderances, and chances to ask questions born from practice.
$500/moApprenticeshipThe apprenticeship program is for those who really want to kick their practice into high gear. I'm going to hound you daily about your practice. Five times a week I will call you for lessons. You will have homework and you will be expected to do it. You will keep a practice journal, and I will be your personal tutor on your path for a month. Included in your tuition will be books from other teachers that I will send you and you will get to keep. These will vary month to month, but the book learning will accompany your personal practice. This is a holistic body, spirit, and mind program. You'll be expected to exercise, study, meditate, discuss philosophy, and live to certain codes of conduct for the duration of the month. Nothing extreme, but you will be asked to live mindfully and question yourself constantly about where you are, what you are doing, and why you are doing it.

Mind the Stream - with special guest ForeverJuliaJan 14, 2022 View post I’m running a new live stream on Twitch called Mind the Stream. Its part interview podcast and part meditation/mindfulness lesson, inspired by the style of HealthyGamerGG. In each episode I host a different content creator/artist on my channel and we discuss attention, focus, the challenges of making our art, make jokes, and spend some time learning about soft skills that can benefit everyone. This week I interview ForeverJulia, a Twitch streamer who takes her very first meditation/mindfulness lesson with me in this episode! It's a great into into self care, positive mental health, and a review of the fundamentals!
