Any multiplayer titles will have spaces exclusively for patrons at this tier reserved for them, dependant on readiness (I won't halt the stream for 15 minutes for patrons to get ready as that results in a very poor viewership experience).
You'll also get first dibs on any character names/ custom characters that need to be created for certain titles such as Xcom.
