Expedition1 Expedition Locked Expedition August 3 Nova hadn't waited for Pixel to be done with internal repairs to the ship before setting off again. Which meant Pixel was stuck with Nova's terrible piloting until Nova deigned to set her down somewhere. Pixel complained bitterly about every risk Nova took, and the onboard computer agreed with her. Nova just kept rolling her eyes at the nagging and pulling off death-defying stunts in space. This sort of thing was exactly why it had needed repairs in the first place. Finally Pixel had had enough. "This ship's keeping you alive, the least you could do is respect its limits.”ArticleAugust 3£1 tier & up 0 0

Window1 Window Locked Window July 20 The multicoloured flowers were multiplying exponentially. That had been the effect she wanted to create when she'd installed exactly 6702 of them. She couldn't count how many there were now. She had considered that visitors might just be adding their own sculptures to the floating display, but the museum staff had debunked that theory. None of them had seen the flowers moving, but more had always appeared each morning when they turned the lights on. Quelina was concerned that they might soon outgrow the exhibition space. Ironically, it made sense: they were symbolic of love and love could turn suffocating.ArticleJuly 20£1 tier & up 0 0

Burn1 Burn Locked Burn July 6 Quincy flung her scarf over her shoulder, hand out to catch it as it swung around. Unfortunately there was someone walking past behind her and they got whacked in the face. She apologised repeatedly as they hurried away, and then she heard faint laughter as someone else walked up to her. "That could only happen to you," they said, and Quincy's heart sank as she placed the voice as belonging to Zaiden, her ex. Why did there always have to be someone around to witness when little things went wrong? "Maybe I should do it again and aim for you?”ArticleJuly 6£1 tier & up 0 0

UnicornJune 29 Unicorn Locked Unicorn June 22 Anisa lay on the uncomfortable bed, as an ocean of thoughts - not her own - lapped against the shores of her mind. The guard outside her cell needed to pee and was holding it. Someone driving a car five miles away had the bass turned up so loud it rattled her teeth. Her powers had grown ever stronger recently. Being locked up hadn't hindered them at all. The only person who could help her calm down and filter out the noise was Kiri. It would be another week before she was permitted to visit. Until then, Anisa would cope.ArticleJune 29£1 tier & up 0 0

MishapJune 15 Mishap Locked Mishap June 8 Ryenne was aware they were both under opposite curses, but it remained difficult to watch Harlow involuntarily freeze someone into a cuboid of ice and then run away, terrified with herself and her newfound power. Ryenne was finding it much easier to control hers: the small flames licked lazily at her unaffected fingers and she pressed them to the corner of the ice block furthest from the random passerby's outstretched arm, hoping to spare him the burn. By freeing him, she was giving Harlow time to escape. Catching up to her and calming her down would be her next priority.ArticleJune 15£1 tier & up 0 0
