This chapter of gus. felt like it needed something ethereal and brutal. Invent,Animate beautifully captured exactly the anguish and crushing depth that I thought this chapter needed. Less chaotic than the last, but still dizzying in it's complexity. If it was at a decidable too much for you to read with, I completely understand. The crushing weight of the emotions being transmitted were deliberate. There is something incredibly beautiful about this album. As heavy as it can be, the melodies on display punctuate the noise and static.
