Okay, fine, I obsess over all of them, but this one in particular because it's about the brightest gamma-ray burst of all time - aka the BOAT! Not only is the BOAT the GOAT of GRBs but it also turns out to be really weird in several different ways. While it still most likely heralded the birth of a new black hole in the death throes of a dying star, no supernova was ever detected.
