€1/moSupporterEspecially in classical music, an elitist class society has established itself, which clearly shows an exclusionary character. It has become a luxury, a status symbol. I find this development worrying and sad.
On the other hand, there is a consumer society which can best be summed up by the ubiquitous advertising slogan “Stinginess is cool”. When something is offered for free, the response is not gratitude and the will to give something back, but “where can I get more of it?” The keyword here is excess.
I am counteracting this situation, these developments within my abilities.
My music should be available to everyone, so there is no added value to buy in terms of digital content.
I call on you to value every artist and, within your means, to reward us for the work we do. Imagine that at the entrance/exit of the events there would be a box in which you can deposit whatever you want to support us artists.
