$100/mo班長 Han-cho (group leader)HiddenHeading your own training group and being granted the title of 班長 Han-cho “group/team leader” is an option available to students (distance and local) who have achieved the minimum grade of 7th kyu in the Jissenkan Ninpo Bugei program.In addition the club leader must have documented at least 15 hours of personal training with Rick Ray Kancho either via seminar, instructor training weekends (in Ohio or at your location) private lessons or group classes in Ohio.To maintain Han-cho status you must keep a training schedule with Ray Kancho of at least 25 face time hours per year. All people in your group must maintain a Patreon membership at tier level distance student for the duration of their time training in your group.You will be given permission to teach as a student group leader the Jissenkan Ninpo Bugei Sho-Kyu curriculum. You may test your group members up to the grade below your own and the test must be recorded on video.Tests that you pass must be sent to Jissenkan Honbu Dojo (main dojo) in Ohio for Ray Kancho’s approval. All rank will be awarded by Ray Kancho “through” you.This level includes all of the material in the distance student levels, plus special group leader material (including training drills, class outlines, ranking material and forms and documents. Special training material and topics and a once per month group leader video.You will be added to a special Facebook “group leader” group and given special priority e-mail access to Ray Kancho (all emails replied
