Who's slipping

Open Members and you'll see everyone whose payment failed in the last 60 days and who hasn't left yet. That's who you can still win back.

Click one to see their pledge history, their last charge attempt and roughly what they've paid you so far. There's a short note ready to edit and send yourself, as a Patreon message or from your own email.

Where you stand

Benchmarks ranks you against comparable creators by paid members and shows who's just ahead of you. You can put your member growth next to theirs and hover the chart to compare day by day.
